We offer a refund or exchange within the first 1 day from the date of your purchase. If more than 1 day has passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund of any kind. To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: (i) the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, (ii) the item must be in its original packaging, and (iii) items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged, based on an exchange request.
Please note that certain categories of products may be exempt from returns or refunds, and these categories will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. For accepted return or exchange requests, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt and status of your return or exchange. If approved after our quality check, your request will be processed according to our policies. Refunds will be processed within 1 working day once approved.
